German Speaking Recruiter

Global boutique management consultancy based in the heart of London is looking for a German speaking recruitment coordinator with 2-5 years of experience. You will be responsible for recruiting top tier talent for German office and building strong business relationships with German local team.

If you are a confident and strong recruiter and would like to work for global fast growing company, this role is for you.

What you will do:

-Managing the entire recruitment process from start to finish
-Building strong partnership with German office and personnel
-Headhunting, sourcing, interviewing candidates for various roles in London and Germany
-Keeping candidate database updated at all times
-Lead other recruitment projects and initiatives

Skills you need to have:

-Fluent German language skills, full professional fluency in English
-Ideally 2-4 years of recruitment experience
-Bachelor's degree or equivalent
-Strong communication and negotiation skills
-Ability to work independently and in a team
-Be flexible and adaptable
-Ideally in-house experience in an international fast growing company
-Experience in using LinkedIn and other sources to find candidates
