Renewals Representative German Speaking
As part of the EMEA renewals team operating out of the UK you will be responsible for driving industry leading renewal rates across the region, working in 6 languages, engaging with end users and reseller partners alike. Seeking an individual that brings a combination of skills in developing and executing strategies to increase customer loyalty, continually improve renewal retention rates and drive innovative cross sell and upsell programs.

Skills & Experience
* Good understanding of the storage & security markets.
* Demonstrable renewals sales, with significant targets.
* Experience working in a business of both end user touch end user sales combined
with a strong channel sales background.
* Strong business acumen and a clear track record of driving execution, delivering operational Excellence within a renewals environment.
* 2 years of sales, renewal or account management experience.
* Native level German written and spoken
* High energy and positive attitude.
* Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and listening).
* Drive, conscientiousness and perseverance to conduct outbound sales contacts
* Team oriented with ability to succeed.
* Experience using Salesforce.com as CRM is a plus.
