Junior Software Engineer

Euro London Appointments , on behalf of our client, a renowned and innovation focused scientific instrumentation supplier, is currently looking for talented junior Software Engineer to develop cutting-edge software that works with their scientific instrumentation.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an aspiring / junior Software Engineer to bring their passion for analysis of solutions and their software design skills to join a welcoming, multi-disciplinary team at the forefront of scientific software development.

You will help develop the value of our client's products for their customers and solve systems engineering problems, as well as providing up-to-date knowledge of new software innovations and their potential application to the wider team.

The ideal candidate for this role will:

*Be a Computer Science, Engineering, Physics or Mathematics graduate (or related subjects) with significant software content or equivalent experience gained in a software development environment, either from apprenticeships or initial work experience.
*Possess excellent team-working and communication skills, with the ability to work both within a team and under own initiative.
* It is ideal (but not essential) have experience in development with some of the following:
oC#.Net ( Essential)
oAgile methodologies, especially Scrum
oUnit Testing
*(Ideal but not essential) A-Levels in Maths/Physics/Chemistry/Biology.
