Pre-Sales Engineer - Native Level of German or Italian

The challenge a lot of software businesses face is that sales people are not always tech- savvy and tech people don't always enjoy sales but if you have experience and (most importantly) enjoy both, the sales and the technical parts of your role, then read on!

About the role:

Once potential clients acknowledge the need for protecting their intellectual property & data and make a great decision to speak to the sales team of the business, your technical expertise will be needed to drive the sales process forward.

You will be answering clients' technical questions, evaluating their needs, systems compatibility and supporting the sales team in their demos and presentations, as well as supporting clients with the initial stages of the implementation process.

In short, your role in the full sales cycle will be instrumental. From discovery, through opportunity evaluation, proof of concept, all the way to opportunity closure.

You will be a key member of staff, working closely with Sales, R&D and Technical teams to ensure accuracy and feasibility of the solution offered to the clients.

So here is what we would like you to bring to our table:

*BA/BS in Computer Software, Engineering or similar qualifications
*At least couple of years of relevant experience in the technology industry (ideally Enterprise Cloud-based Software)
*Experience in sales, post-sales, pre-sales or implementation of software products to enterprise companies
*German or Italian language (Candidates with native level of English will also be taken into consideration but Italian and German speakers will be prioritized due to business needs and areas of growth)
*Working knowledge of web applications, their architecture and design
*Ability to communicate, present to and engage with stakeholders at all levels, both technical and non-technical
*Ability to overcome objections using technical knowledge and interpersonal skills
*Willingness to travel up to 30% (no Batmobile though…)
