Growing up in a Bosnian family in the Austrian Alps, switching from one language to another came quite naturally to me very early on and made learning new languages rather easy for me. English quickly became my favourite foreign language which later led me to the US where I lived and worked for 5 years. There I got my first taste of Recruitment and made a career of it after my return to Austria. I moved to London in 2016 in order to join my wife, a native Londoner. Altogether, I’ve got 11 years of Recruitment experience under my belt and lots more in Sales and Marketing.
When I’m not at work, I love spending time in nature, skiing is one of my favourite hobbies, I also love Delta Blues and a cold beer…
If I were a famous person, I would be: Duane Allman, the greatest Blues Slide Guitar player of all times. Why? For standing on stage and “ripping” it up!
Fun fact: One day, doing sales calls in the countryside outside of Chicago, I got lost and was chased off a property by an Amish man with a shotgun in one hand and the leash of a barking Doberman in the other…

Database and CRM experience (preferably MS Dynamics) is helpful, and familiarity with content-management website software (such as WordPress) - along with email sender software (such as Marketo) and social media channels and management - would be desirable. *Driven to succeed and highly capable of prioritizing / managing work load to meet milestones and deadlines; strong time management skills. *Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and technology-focused organisation. *Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to develop new approaches / solutions to achieve targets.
