As a Technical Support Specialist you will receive full product training , as well as continuous internal university further education to develop your skills as a specialist in the Lighting Control field, working within an international team of driven Electronic specialists.

You'll provide world-class support to renowned clients via telephone, email and online chat, representing the company with your approachable and engaging communications skills.

Main responsibilities

*Developing technical expertise regarding our client's products, systems and services.
*Supporting customer by providing necessary information on stand-alone and system level products via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
*Troubleshooting and diagnosing client issues regarding products and systems.
*Accurately documenting problems and solutions in a central database, escalating customer questions when necessary.
*Cross-functional communications with other areas of the company to meet customer expectations.
*Taking on special projects as necessary to meet or exceed targets on the Technical Support team, including occasionally travelling to client sites.
*Staying aligned with company key values including being passionate, flexible and adaptable in an evolving market, innovative, customer focused and ethical.


*A 2 year degree ( minimum) in Electrical Engineering or Electronics.
*Fluent Spanish and English ( written and oral).
*Experience in troubleshooting problems via phone and email.
*Hands-on problem solving skills : The position involves being able to wire test demos as well as troubleshoot issues in the field.
*Excellent customer service skills, you should have a track record of managing high customer expectations and delivering results under time constraints and limitations.
*Ability to work cross-functionally with colleagues and other departments.
*Any experience in Lighting, Networking or Audiovisual systems is an advantage.
