Job Title: French Speaking Sales Administrator
Location: Gravesend, Kent, United Kingdom
Salary: £36,000 - £42,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time (Hybrid basis)
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dynamic French speaking Sales Administrator to join our client's international team in Kent. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual with experience in Sales Administration or Sales Support to contribute to our client's growth and success.
* Manage contract administration and ensure accuracy and completeness of sales contracts.
* Provide general sales support to the sales team, including order processing, pricing, and product information.
* Assist in managing customer accounts and maintaining customer databases.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and delivery.
* Prepare sales reports and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
* Support the sales team in preparing sales presentations and proposals.
* Coordinate and schedule sales meetings, both internal and with customers.
* Assist in coordinating and attending trade shows and industry events.
* Native level fluency in French is essential
* Proven experience in Sales Administration or Sales Support is essential.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate contract management.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Proficient computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and flexible approach to tasks.
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience in CRM systems and order processing software is desirable.
