This company are an insurance company based in central London who are looking for a receptionist as well as PA to assist the Finance Director in diary management and other administrative assistance to his role. As well as assisting with the general running of the office.
The duties include:
*Provide assistance on arrangement of conference telephone calls and management of the relevant rooms.
*Answer all incoming calls and handle caller's inquiries whenever possible, re-direct calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required.
*Greet, assist and direct visitors and general public
*Assist the Financial Director in diary management and day to day tasks
*Arrange travel plans and provide itineraries
*Provide translations and summaries of documentations
*Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies and stationery, and order as required
*Monitor the use of supplies and equipment
*Coordinate the repair and maintenance of office equipment
*Point of contact for Building's staff
*Substitute PA to CEO or Chairman
Fluent in Italian to a native level
2 years corporate reception experience essential
