German Sales and Customer Support Advisor

We're currently recruiting on behalf of a leading cruise line, based in London, who are looking for a German-speaking Sales and Customer Support Advisor to work on a 100% fully remote basis!

Your duties will include answering customer queries in relation to cruise packages by phone or email; securing sales; meeting and exceeding KPIs, amongst other things.

Fluent German to a native/bilingual level is essential for this role and some experience in a similar role is desirable, along with great interpersonal skills and the ability to work efficiently and independently.
