*Senior Recruitment Coordinator/Recruitment Advisor* Euro London Appointments are working with the London office of a highly successful International Management Consultancy who are looking for an experienced Recruitment Coordinator to join their close-knit recruitment function in London. Working alongside a team of internal recruiters, this role will focus predominantly on supporting the recruitment processes for UK based permanent recruitment with end to end recruitment responsibilities of agency and direct candidates. This role would suit an experienced Recruitment Coordinator/Administrator/Advisor who works either in-house, for an agency or for an RPO and wants to take on a more senior coordinator role where you can be involved in the whole recruitment process and have an input on how successful the candidate journey will be. We are looking for someone with 3-5 years of experience who is ready for the next step in their career and can take the lead, bring new ideas for creative problem solving as well as manage stakeholder and agency relationships. Main responsibilities: * Management of the Applicant Tracking System and candidate pipelines, ensuring all data is always accurately entered and kept up to date * Building and managing relationships with agency and direct candidates * Managing the end to end recruitment process including: -liaising with candidates/agencies and interviewers to schedule interviews globally (book zooms or rooms, send invites/confirmations, arrange candidate travel etc. (when back in the office)) -ensuring a smooth candidate experience -gathering and collating feedback from interviewers in a timely manner -presenting the business case to the CEO for offer approval and managing the offer process -successfully on boarding candidates including contract preparation, and ensuring a smooth induction into the company -preparing weekly (and ad hoc) reporting for the Leadership Team -processing candidate expenses * Lead recruitment projects and initiatives This position will initially start from home but will return to being office based in the stunning London office (when safe to do so). This will likely be a combination of office and home based working. Working alongside a close knit team in London, this position has the perfect mix of autonomy and team support.
