Sales Administrator - Financial Services

Our client, a multinational investment firm, is looking to recruit a Sales Administrator to support Sales Directors who sell their asset management solutions on the French market.

This role suits graduates who are interested in developing their careers in Financial Services and Asset Management.

Candidates must be bilingual French / English.

Role based in Luxembourg (relocation package provided for EU citizens if necessary)

 

Responsibilities:

  • You will be a point of contact and administrative support for the Sales Directors
  • Prepare documentation for prospective client meetings
  • Work with external parties to gather information on prospective clients' current investments
  • Review client profiles, looking at cash flow requirements, current assets and potential account structures and funding sources
  • Continuously follow all compliance procedures
  • Work with Financial Planning and Portfolio Evaluation departments to initiate the first steps in completing the recommendation proposal for prospective clients
  • Produce reports of prospective clients' current investments with outside providers

 

Profile required:

  • A university degree (or école de commerce) in finance / business with finance / asset management
  • Native French language proficiency and fluent in English
  • You are engaging and can connect with a wide array of audiences by phone and email
  • Ability to coordinate requirements across several departments and under strict timelines
  • Strong attention to detail and well organised

 

Salary: 40K€ + 6K€ bonus + benefits (healthcare, private pension, lunch vouchers, gym subsidy, on-going training and opportunities for career development)
