Customer Advisor - German - Luxembourg

Our client is the leader in concierge services, offering major brands (banks, automotive, luxury etc.) customized loyalty solutions for their own customers.

You will work as a Customer Advisor for the booking of shows, events, diners etc. for high level customers. The role focuses on the German market so you must have an excellent level of German and English.

You will be based in the offices in Luxembourg in a multicultural team and will be flexible to work within the opening hours of the service: 7am to 10pm, from Monday to Sunday (planning shifts prepared a month in advance)



  • Your role will be to take care of the requests of members (executive level customers).
  • You will identify the customer need, advise and provide personalized advice, relevant recommendations and / or the appropriate solution.
  • You will be required to handle both daily requests and more exceptional requests (restaurant reservations, ticketing, event organization, various searches ...).
  • Your sense of customer service will ensure a high level of satisfaction for your members. In parallel, you will develop in-depth knowledge of the different providers and suppliers. You will need to build and maintain strong relationships of trust with customers and develop a strong understanding of their individual expectations. You will join a dynamic team, focused on offering its customers a level of service to meet the very high standards of a premium clientele.



The ideal candidate will have to:

• Experience in a customer service position

• Have a bilingual level of German and English

• Have strong attention to detail and a sense of service;

• Possess excellent interpersonal skills

• Be well organized and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously;

• Combine responsiveness, perseverance and diplomacy;

• Concierge experience would be a plus.


Salary: 29K € - 30K€ according to experience + premium of 300€ per trimester
