BOTH Dutch and French speaking HR Administrator in Uxbridge

We are currently looking for a Dutch and French speaking HR Administrator for one of our clients located in Uxbridge. This is a fabulous opportunity to work in a global company with excellent career and development opportunities. You will use your Dutch and French language skills to the maximum!

About the Role:
You will be working from Uxbridge, supporting the Belgium and Luxembourg team, using your French and Dutch language skills.
Producing contracts for internal moves and external new hires.
Making sure all the procedural documents are up to date, available and used by the team.
Keeping the internal HR system updated in an accurate and timely manner.
Ensuring compliance with company procedures and local legislation.
Using technical systems (e.g. Employee Central, Employee / Manager Self-Service, Case Management system).
Comfortably communicating via phone, email, HR portal or other access channels.
Ensuring client privacy, confidentiality and protection of sensitive information.

The Ideal Candidate:
Excellent Dutch and French communication skills, both verbal and written
HR experience or Administrative background
Good attention to detail
Ability to learn new processes and work to set procedures
Knowledge of Belgian country legislation is an advantage
Strong Excel, HR systems and Salesforce knowledge and experience
A quick learner and a team player who is able to work in a busy and fast moving environment
Excellent communication skills, highly organised with strong attention to detail
