We have a new opportunity for an experienced International Sales Manager working with establish clients with the DACH territory. It is essential to have proven experience with Sales/Client Services and to speak fluent German and English to a high business standard. Additional languages such as Spanish would be an asset.


Reporting to the Business Development Director, you will part of the international sales team. You will be assisting in all areas of the business including training, product development and marketing. Your main function will be to manage new and existing business across the German speaking territories.


Some key responsibilities:


• Responsible for sales performance in line with sales targets in assigned territories.

• Regular visits to existing direct customers, e.g., Distributors.

• Regular visits to the customers of the distributors (

• Identification and appointment of new customers

• During all visits in assigned territories, to build relationships with decision makers, establish customer’s needs and provide after sales support.

• Support the Business Director by visiting clients. In addition, you will also participate at events all over Europe.

• Regularly communicate with customers in the assigned territories via email/phone to foster relationships, provide information etc.

• Specific management of the main indirect customers.

• Monitor on a regular and ongoing basis sales performance in the assigned territories and provide feedback to distributors.



• Assist in the implementation of the Marketing Strategy
• Oversee exhibition stand preparation making sure all necessary elements are in hand when needed.
• Oversee and enhance the content of advertising, literature, and social media posts.
• Oversee give-away selection, display equipment, etc.


The ideal candidate will have between 2-5 years sales experience along with excellent communication and customer facing skills. You will be commercially astute in all areas of business and enjoy traveling and engaging with customers. This is a great opportunity to continue to grow within Sales, working with certain autonomy for your assigned territory whilst being supported by the international team. It is essential to speak and write German to a C1 level.
