YOUR TASKS

We share our office in downtown Munich with befriended teams from the consulting and investment environment. We are looking for an assistant (m/f/d) for several nationally and internationally operating partners in full-time or part-time with interest in a versatile position.

Your tasks will include independent office organization and execution of all classical activities such as:

• Professional communication with our business partners, customers, and service providers.
• Reception and support of guests and internal coordination with the responsible contact persons.
• Taking telephone calls, business correspondence (digital and postal) in German and English, document management.
• Coordination of appointments and travel management as well as other general administrative tasks and office organization.

YOU OFFER

• You have successfully completed your education in the field of office/management assistance or hold a university degree.
• You have relevant professional experience in a similar position, ideally in an international environment.
• You are confident in using all common MS Office applications and have high degrees of willingness to learn and intellectual grasp.
• You convince with your excellent communication skills in German and English and a distinct service orientation.
