My client, based in the North of Munich, is looking for an

International Customer Service Executive (m/f)

This is what you are doing:

  • You are the first contact for B2B clients and responsible for their support
  • You always keep an eye on delivery dates and special inquiries of clients
  • You manage your projects including smooth communication with all stakeholders

This is you:

  • Studies / apprenticeship in trade or industry
  • Ideally 2 years of experience in Customer Service and knowledge in ERP systems
  • Fluent language skills in Italian, German and English, French is a plus
  • Independent, proactive and willing to go the extramile
