Senior Account Executive - Cloud Software

Our client is an international provider of a cloud based field service management software. Their technology and expertise are at the heart of the most successful service operations around the world. Customers come from different industries such as telecommunication, utilities and capital equipment industries.

For the team based in Frankfurt am Main, they are looking to fill with immediate effect the position as Senior Account Executive.

Permanent Position / Frankfurt am Main

 

Your new duties and responsibilities

As the new Senior Account Executive it will be your responsibility to drive sales through new business development as well as existing accounts in your assigned territory and to develop the pipeline. Your main focus areas will be the DACH region. You will be expected to assist and lead the sales efforts in each sales opportunity and help decide the sales strategy. You will work closely together with the rest of the sales force, i.e. sales executives and pre-sales consultants. In this role you will report directly to the VP of Sales for EMEA based in the UK.

 

As the Senior Account Executive you will be expected to know the companies products. You should understand organisational business and strategic needs, develop strong customer relationships, understand processes, convey information and gain customers commitment.

Other day-to-day duties will include:

  • Develop and execute a account plan
  • Achieve the set revenue targets in your region
  • Monitor and record sales activities and opportunities in CRM

 

Your profile

As the new Senior Account Executive you should have prior experience in solution sales of a cloud based software. The ideal candidate will need to have a hands-on mentality as you will be driving sales both within new and existing accounts. Our client is looking for someone that is pro active and likes to get things done.

The ideal candidate should also have the following qualifications:

  • Experience in enterprise sales
  • Experience in selling CRM, ERP or Mobile Solutions would be ideal
  • Proven solution selling expertise in the software industry
  • Consultative sales approach
  • Willingness to travel (50%)
  • Fluent German and English
