Inside Sales Specialist

Our client is an international medical devices company. With a presence in 15 countries and more than 5,500 employees globally, they are now growing their team in Germany.

We are recruiting an Inside Sales Specialist for the sales team for their office in Wiesbaden. After an initial training though, the role is to be based from a home-office. The role is a limited 6-month contract working on a specific project.

 

Inside Sales Specialist (m/f)

6 month limited contract / Wiesbaden (home-office)

 

As the new Inside Sales Specialist, you will be part of the sales team. It will be your responsibility to contact the existing and lapsed client base in order to sell service contracts. You will work closely together with the senior sales staff in developing and executing an inside sales plan for the existing client base.

 

Your new responsibilities will include:

  • Pro-actively contact the existing client base in order to offer service contracts to them.
  • The role consists purely of warm calls, no cold calling required
  • Be responsible for the whole sales cycle from initial contact to close
  • Consult your customers on the products and service offerings
  • Track and manage all the data and information gathered in the company CRM system
  • Take part in training sessions

 

Your qualifications and experiences

  • Ideally experience working in a similar inside sales role. This can include telesales, telemarketing, inside sales, call centre, customer service etc.
  • Very strong communication skills
  • Motivated and a self-starter
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Ability to use a CRP system
  • Good MS Office know-how
  • Good planning and time management skills
  • Fluent German and a high level of English
