? About the Role:
As a Spanish-Speaking Delegate Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving delegate sales for our global events and conferences. Your primary focus will be on connecting with Spanish-speaking prospects, building relationships, and securing attendance for our prestigious industry gatherings. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to engage with a diverse range of professionals, expand your network, and contribute to the success of our events on a global scale.

? Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect, identify, and engage potential delegates within the Spanish-speaking market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and recommending appropriate event attendance.
- Conduct outbound calls and email campaigns to promote event benefits and secure delegate participation.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all delegates.
- Collaborate with the marketing and events teams to develop targeted strategies and maximize delegate acquisition.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.

? Requirements:
- Fluent in Spanish (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Proven experience in delegate sales or related sales roles, preferably within the events industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-making.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Results-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding targets.
- Self-motivated, confident, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
