Responsibilities:
- Empower Through Coaching: Elevate franchisees by delivering tailored coaching that drives exceptional sales outcomes.

What we're looking for:
- Native-level Dutch fluency, along with essential proficiency in German.
- Proven track record in sales coaching, mentoring, or related roles.
- Sales experience, ideally within Field Sales.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for inspiring progress and motivating others.
- Flexibility to undertake regular work-related travel (2-3 days a week).
