European Corporate Business Development Manager

Urgently seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join the UK office of a leading European automotive company on a work-from-home basis. The role will focus on new business development for UK, Ireland, Benelux, and the Nordics.
The role is home-based for the most part but frequent travel to the countries mentioned before will be required.

Your role will be to sell data on a license basis while developing and maintaining business relationships with new and existing clients while striving to exceed sales and performance basis.

The company offers continuous development in an international environment and attractive salary with an uncapped commission structure.

*Develop and maintain business relationships with new and existing clients in the international market
*Identify new areas for sales and drive those sales opportunities to a successful conclusion
*Meeting demanding revenue targets while maintaining profitability and margins
*Understand the demands of clients and translate them for the product development team in order to ensure the products remain current and applicable to their users

*5 years sales experience with a proven successful track record in a B2B environment
*Proven successful track record in new business development
*European exposure in an information business
*Experience of selling data on a license basis and a familiarity with subscriptions sales
*Communication skills and the ability to form good relations with clients
*Knowledge of the automotive industry is desirable
*Excellent Business English skills
*The ability to work with other languages is highly desirable, as this role covers Benelux and Nordics (French, Dutch, Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, Swedish, other European languages a plus)
