Multilingual Export Administrators -Kirkby in Ashfield - £23,000 salary progression.
Due to current expansion and growth we have several new openings for Export Administrators speaking a combination of the following languages - fluent French/Italian/German/Polish.
Within this exciting and diverse role you will be combining commercial and translation skills along with your fluency in languages. Ideally speaking 2 of the above languages with an excellent level of English you will be supporting the sales agents/distributors/customers by performing a variety of tasks within the Export department.
Reporting to the Export Sales Manager some of your key duties will be to:
-provide full administrative support to overseas agents, distributors and customers.
-deal with a wide variety of customer enquiries, order processing, quotations, dispatch and all aspects of customer service.
-translate company literature into your mother tongue.
-Organise return shipments from distributors
-Confirm delivery date information and keeping Agents/Distributors/Customers updated with backorder information
-Organise weekly consolidated despatches to Distributors
-Ensure orders are despatched with correct documentation
- Chase parcels with carriers
- provide feedback on product & service/operations to Export Management
- Confirm special price agreements
- Follow through sales enquiries from new contacts
Successful candidates will have important qualities such as, a professional and mature attitude and the capacity to effectively resolve customer queries using initiative. You will also be a qualified graduate with ideally some business/office skills in a commercial environment. Must possess excellent communication and PC skills. High business fluency in French/Italian/German/Polish, both written and spoken is essential, along with English which is the company business language. Translation skills are also required as this is an important part of the role. This is a fast moving environment and candidates must be highly organised and be able to work to tight deadlines. A strong work ethic is essential. Hours of work are Monday - Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm.
Based approx 30 mins from Nottingham town, accessible by public transport with only a 5 minutes walk from the station.
