My client is looking for a French speaking Community Moderator to join their busy London team.
*Monitoring and reviewing user generated content such as text, video, audio and image content
*Monitoring forums, editing/removing posts
*Educating users on community rules and the acceptable use policy
*Maintaining a responsible online presence within all of the company's online community channels.
*Read industry websites for the latest news
*Escalation of community issues and disputes
*Knowledge and experience of online community moderating is an advantage.
*Strong Communication Skills - both verbally and written
*A dedicated and flexible approach
*French and English are both essential to the role so fluency in both languages is key due to the nature of the role
