German Speaking Adventure Specialist

You will be working with like minded people in a modern office environment within the sales department. Adventure specialists are my clients sales experts, and will be responsible for dealing with German clients primarily, these responsibilities include:
- To achieve and exceed sales targets

- To service post booking requests from clients via phone, email and live chat.

- To talk with customers over the phone and liaise with them about prices and options, as well as up-selling other product ranges to maximise profits.

- To ensure the smooth booking process for customers and travel agents alike.
