- To achieve and exceed sales targets
- To service post booking requests from clients via phone, email and live chat.
- To talk with customers over the phone and liaise with them about prices and options, as well as up-selling other product ranges to maximise profits.
- To ensure the smooth booking process for customers and travel agents alike.
