German speaking Senior Marketing Operations Manager (Customer Loyalty Marketing Specialist)
Our client, one of the fastest growing fast food franchise networks in the world, is looking for a Senior Marketing professional, who will lead and ensure the operational delivery and the success of a brand new customer loyalty initiative across all European markets. For this role, they are offering up to 80K base salary, plus bonus and brilliant benefits. The role is based in High Wycombe, working from home if needed is possible. The role holder will have responsibility and accountability for the day to day operational performance of the new programme across all markets and ensure delivery meets all required metrics and KPI's. The execution and delivery for all marketing campaigns across markets will also be entrusted to you while you ensure that all key stakeholders are kept informed. Alongside the Head of Customer Loyalty, you will co-create overall strategic loyalty vision, goals and map out prioritised products and propositions. The new Marketing Operations Manager will also be managing 3 team members. You will set their objectives, measure their performance and on-going development. 20%-30% travel will be required in this role.
The successful candidate will have prior Customer-Loyalty, Marketing and CRM experience. Retail/QSR/Franchise knowledge are a plus. Strong stakeholder management skills are essential. Great presentation skills, an analytical mind and project management experience will help the role holder a great deal. The new Senior Marketing Operations Manager will have lead, motivated and developed teams before. And last but not least: FLUENCY IN GERMAN & ENGLISH is a MUST (additional French language skills would be an advantage).
