I am currently working with an award-winning international education group. Operating 7 language schools around the UK in exciting locations including London, Brighton and Manchester; a number of summer centres for young learners, including the City Football Language Schools based at the Etihad Stadium, a highly regarded Teacher Training division and a growing Online Learning programme.

About the Role:
As part of the planned continued programme of expansion, they are now looking for a proactive and motivated person to join our Direct Sales team. This an exciting new role and will work across all Group products including Schools, Online and City Football Schools. This role is pivotal in helping us achieve our ambitious sales targets and will focus on responding to student enquiries through a wide range of channels (including phone, email, social media and Livechat).

Their ultimate aim as a department is to lead our prospective students through a well thought out and personalised customer journey, tailored specifically to them. This is a sales driven role, and so the main objective will be converting the maximum number of leads into bookings. The post holder will work to achieve an agreed number of bookings each month and will manage their own pipeline of leads whilst also responding to new enquiries. To help you do this you will have a number of tools at your disposal including the new Group CRM system launching later in 2018, which you will need to help keep updated.

This is an exciting new role in a new team, and would be suitable for a student currently studying in BSC, or someone who wants to work part time around other commitments. The role will suit someone who thrives on talking to prospective students, hitting targets and helping us understand how we can grow our business. For the right individual there is a strong likelihood of progression as we continue to grow as a Group.
Required skills and experience:

*English native speaker or equivalent level of English
*Second language an advantage - French and/or Arabic preferable
*Ideally two years' experience in a similar role
*Demonstrable, successful sales experience and an understanding of sales processes
*High standard of numeracy and literacy
*Excellent communication and presentation skills
*Hard working & well organized
*Good understanding of the customer journey and ability to build solid relationships over all direct channels
*Positive attitude and a 'can do' approach
*Creative and innovative

Duties & Responsibilities:
*Respond to student enquiries through all direct channels including email, phone, Livechat and social media
*Achieve/Exceed agreed sales targets (bookings, revenue, weeks, conversion rate)
*Ensure all interactions with prospective students follow a customer journey tailored to their individual needs
*Individually manage pipeline of leads using online tools available
*To respond to all enquiries within 24 hours - weekends and evening work will be discussed.
