With c.30 employees, it is a small business built on a reputation for quality, innovative products and an impressive, long-standing network of multi-national distributors in the UK and across Europe. The core end markets include warehousing, MRO and logistics, with further potential for growth in packaging, office supplies, FM, public sector and education sectors. On the back of recent new investment, our client's plan is to double the size of the business within 3yrs through a focus on enhanced account management of existing distributors as well as new business development across these sectors. The growth programme includes significant investment in people, product development and marketing, including a new, best-in-class online offering.

Location: Wokingham, Berkshire. UK

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Working as part of close, collaborative, supportive and ambitious team, you will be responsible for optimizing our relationships with existing distributor and trader accounts, identifying and winning new customers and ultimately driving the top line in the UK. You will support the UK Key Accounts Manager with key accounts and take ownership of a portfolio of 'trader' distributor accounts.

Your responsibilities will include the following:
*Provide support to Key Accounts Manager with key accounts
*Take on ownership of, and grow revenue with, trader distributor accounts
*Identify new business opportunities and convert leads to accounts
*Attend trade shows and supplier days
*Provide product training to customer sales teams
*Conduct end customer site visits with distributers
*Prepare sales meeting presentations (ppt) and other collateral
*Liaise with the Marketing team and Sales Operations Manager to optimise our sales support proposition to traders
*Shape and promote a soon-to-be developed online trader portal and mobile app
*Produce sales analytics reports using CRM and xls
