Job Responsibilities: As a French Speaking Reservation Sales Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for their valued guests. Your main responsibilities will include: Providing exceptional customer service in both English & French, anticipating guest needs, and delivering tailored solutions. Effectively communicating the unique features and experience that they offers to potential guests. Managing reservations and sales inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, and online platforms. Collaborating with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless booking process and overall guest experience. Utilizing your knowledge of the luxury hospitality industry to upsell and promote additional services, experiences, and packages to guests. Complying with company guidelines, policies, and procedures to maintain high-quality service standards. To be successful in this role, you should meet the following criteria: Fluent to native level in French is essential. Proficiency in English and any additional languages is a plus. Demonstrated experience in sales, preferably within the luxury hospitality industry. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with guests. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding guest expectations. Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including weekends.
