A leading conferences and exhibitions company has a fantastic opportunity for a Sponsorship Sales Executive.
*Creating new sales and developing them into long-term relationships.
*Generating revenue from new business.
*Being able to research and understand the market goals, aims and motivations of your client base
*Accomplishing and exceeding agreed show and personal revenue and profit targets
*Develop strong relationships with several senior stakeholders.
*Keeping up to date with a wide range of material including various industry publications relevant to the topic areas and audiences of assigned conferences for developments and trends in the industry.
*Tailor openings available and then creating strong partnership proposals
*Dealing with a number of key accounts with large contract values.
*Attend events and liaising with exhibitor and sponsor clients onsite to ensure that their contract is fulfilled and all their concerns and needs are addressed.
Key requirements for the role
*At least 2 years of experience in B2B conference and exhibition sponsorship sales.
*Previous experience having trained sales people and having developed a methodology/material that are instrumental in this process
*Responsibility for sales targets, indicating ability to drive teams to constantly meet and exceed targets.
