Sponsorship Sales Manager, SMMB/337861

Urgently seeking an ambitious, enthusiastic individual looking to embark on a career in sponsorship sales. The role will be to grow the company's sponsorship revenue across their conference portfolio of Emissions conferences. The vast majority of this role is to secure new business although there may be some opportunity to work on existing accounts over time.

The company offers a competitive package with a generous commission structure that includes monthly commission payable on all sales. Commission increases per sale once revenues have reached product targets.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
*Develop, through a consultative sales approach, relationships with business customers
*Direct sales responsibility through your own lead generation, enquiries and marketing promotions.
*Achieve personal targets and contribute to team targets
*Maintain, complete and accurately record all customer contact information on the company CRM (ACT!). Efficient management of all leads and call-backs via the CRM.
*Develop and deliver informative sales presentations based on customer needs online (or face to face as and when required)
*Where relevant, planning for appropriate attendance at exhibitions, conferences and other industry events where opportunities exist to sell the product.
*Liaise with customer service staff to help make sure your particular orders are fulfilled correctly and any client queries are responded to.

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
*Sales experience
*Experience in B2B selling desirable but not essential
*Fluency in any language apart from English is highly desirable
*Proficient in Microsoft office
*Ability to work to deadlines
*Excellent communication skills
*Excellent written English and ability to write compelling sales messages
*Educated to degree level
