Euro London is working with a leading company in data and consulting who helps International clients understand people and inspire growth, who are seeking a bilingual and enthusiastic individual to join their growing team!

The Market Research Specialist will be responsible for the recruitment, training and performance management of panellists to take part in International Surveys.
Three of the primary skills that are needed for the role are an ability to communicate effectively with people across different countries and cultures, the analytical skill to recruit panellists in the correct geographical locations as well as to analyse panellist performance and communication to determine if the panellist is producing valid survey data, and the self-organisation ability to balance a number of priorities, deliver to deadlines and communicate to management any risks to project delivery.

Requirements:
*Degree or equivalent.
*Experience of managing survey panels, volunteer groups or comparable projects.
*Fluent in English both spoken and written.
*Business fluency (both written and spoken) in another European language other than English.
*Excel - intermediate level.
*Technically proficient in using Microsoft Outlook and Word.
*Be organised with effective work scheduling and time management skills.
*Able to work effectively with conflicting priorities.
*Organised and able to achieve daily and weekly deadlines, flagging potential issues to their line manager (Senior Panel Specialist).
*Target and results driven.
*Ability to accurately check and analyse data.
*Ability to maintain productive relationships with all stakeholders.

Desirable experience:
*Experience of managing International postal survey panels
*Experience of analysing data or qualitative information
*Experience of working to ISO quality control procedures

Working alongside a team of internal recruiters, this role will focus predominantly on supporting the recruitment processes for UK based permanent recruitment with end to end recruitment responsibilities of agency and direct candidates.
