Data Administrator - preferably French or German speaking

Our client is the largest global funds transaction network. They are looking for a Data Administrator - preferably French or German speaking. This role sits in the Data Administration team in their London office located in the City, just a few minutes walking distance from Bank station.

The tasks:
Maintenance of static data used within the system.
Investigating and resolving data issues.
Identification of mappings and relationships between organisations identified within different datasets.
Working closely with other teams to agree priorities and resolve issues.
Balancing requirements arising from client and product driven initiatives.
Building trust in our data by striving for completeness and accuracy.
Working to KPIs.

The right candidate:
Strong experience in working with databases; working with legal data is preferred but not essential.
Extraordinary organisational skills proven with working in the fast paced environment.
Knowledge of the financial sector and the organisations involved within it is required, and the mutual funds industry is preferred.
Ability to build relationships within a multi-disciplinary team and to work with minimal guidance to tight deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and being comfortable to having KPIs in place.

You must be able to legally work in the UK!
