Office Administrator - Dutch/German/French speaking- London. Office based 4 days per week. Euro London Appointments are exclusively working with a leading provider of computing and electronics solutions who are looking for an Office Administrator with Dutch, German or French language skills to join their London office and provide support across their European offices. This is a truly fantastic opportunity for someone looking to further their career in an administrative function for a global brand with the use of your language skills. Responsibilities will include, yet not limited to: - International travel booking for the sales teams in London and other European offices - Manage the reception area and to ensure effective communication both internally and externally - Booking meeting rooms and arranging meeting room set up as required. - Ordering catering as required. - Liaising with suppliers to place and track orders - Be the first point of contact for IT, phone and building personnel as needed - Manage and arrange company events (office parties, team building events etc) - Manage timely payment of invoices from our suppliers. - Support other divisions such as Marketing, Finance and HR with ad hoc tasks such as processing expenses, running reports, arranging interviews and inductions for new hires Who is our client looking for? - Fluent language skills in English plus either Dutch, German or French - 2-3 years Office Admin or Office Manager experience - Someone who is keen to grow within an Admin function with the use of their language skills. - Previous experience in booking international travel - Strong communication skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) - Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work We are looking for someone to work 4 days per week in the office and 1 day from home. We are looking for someone who enjoys working both independently and as part of a close team. This role would suit someone who is a highly organised and who is happy to take on additional duties as and when required.
