Euro London is currently recruiting for a Business Consultancy who helps companies settle in the UK.

Due to the bulk of their client base, they are seeking Swedish, Finnish, Norwegian, Danish or German speakers.

As a Governance Associate, you will be working as number 2 to the Head of Governance to instil Corporate Governance best practices and help their client companies comply with their obligations under Company Law & other regulations, thereby enabling them to concentrate on their core business activities.

Requirements:

Fluent English and German or a Nordic language (written and spoken).
ICSA qualified, at a minimum ACIS / ACG level
Experience working in a professional service firm and working with international clients / companies
Good technical knowledge of company secretarial practices and an in-depth knowledge of the Companies Act 2006, together with accompanying relevant regulations.
Proficient use of Microsoft Office software and online research tools, including Diligent Entities and Companies House website.

Euro London Appointments are exclusively working with a leading provider of computing and electronics solutions who are looking for an Office Administrator with Dutch, German or French language skills to join their London office and provide support across their European offices.
