We are currently working with a client who is looking a Swedish or Danish speaker to help organise client visits and schedule events. The company works within financial services so experience within this area is desirable although not essential. The role will involve organising calendars, scheduling meetings between stakeholders and managing client relationships. You will be responsible for dealing with the client base in the UK, Sweden and Denmark.
This is a hybrid role with 3 days a week in the office. Employees are expected to come to the office full time whilst they complete their training. The salary for this position is around £26,000-£27,000 depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
Schedule visits to client sites
Manage calendars and events efficiently
Prepare and brief visitors before they go on site
Establish and maintain positive client relationships
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
What we're looking for:
Fluent in Swedish and/or Danish
Experience working in an administrative role organising calendars and diaries
Excellent communication and time management skills
Confidence using IT systems
Ideally some experience within finance or professional services
