Team Assistant- Chinese speaking

The opportunity:

We are currently looking for a Team Assistant (TA) to provide administrative support a team of anywhere between 2 and 10 people.

Typical duties will include, yet will not be limited to the following:

Answer calls, manage emails and other general enquiries.
Diary management, including booking restaurants or travel management in general.
Event planning (social and commercial)
Liaise directly with clients, so a good phone manner and impeccable presentation is key.
Put itineraries together and alert team members about impending deadlines.
Prepare documents for meetings; printing and binding them, as well as booking meeting rooms.
Running personal errands if required
Ordering stationery and other supplies
Other ad hoc administrative tasks as and when required

Experience required:

No prior experience is required but if you do have any previous administrative experience that would be a bonus
Attitude and passion for this role and to to develop is key
Strong interpersonal skills, can develop a good rapport. Professional but approachable
Organised with attention to detail.
Very good verbal and written communication skills.
Team player
Fluency in Chinese and English would be ideal for this role
