Are you an experienced customer service professional with a passion for delivering exceptional support in a B2B environment? Our client, a leading fashion brand is seeking a German-speaking Customer Service Representative to join their dynamic team.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for their B2B customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs. You will work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth communication and a high level of service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in both German and English.
  • Provide excellent service to B2B clients, ensuring their queries are addressed promptly and professionally.
  • Assist with order processing, tracking, and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Logistics, etc.) to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and streamline processes.

Key Requirements:

  • Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken).
  • Previous experience in a B2B customer service role is essential.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-focused with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
