Join a leading mental health care provider as their Spanish Speaking HR Business Partner and make a real impact!

We're seeking a passionate and experienced individual with a deep understanding of Spanish employment law, previous experience in developing competency frameworks, and a strategic mindset for empowering managers.

This role offers the flexibility of remote or hybrid work, so you can strike the perfect work-life balance. With a salary of up to £85k, we are looking for individuals with around 5 years of experience working as an HR Business Partner. 

This is a 3 month FTC and given the nature of the role, candidates must be fluent in both Spanish and English.
