Tech Sales expert with experience and fluency to face the Polish Market?

Join a vibrant Scale-Up environment for a company dedicated to supporting clients within the IT industry with their global HR and Admin needs, allowing full focus on projects. With a base salary of £35,000 pa - £40,000 pa + Commission in a collaborative and social team based in London.

Role: Polish Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generating new business opportunities and develop relationships with clients in the Polish Market.
  • Develop sales strategies for new customer acquisition.
  • Build and manage a portfolio of prospects and clients.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Participate in events and collaborate with internal teams.


  • Fluent in Polish and English (written and spoken).
  • Proven experience in sales/business development in the Polish market, preferably in IT or similar industries.
  • Quantifiable Tech Sales or Recruitment excellence.
  • Proficient with CRM systems and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Leadership experience or ambition to progress into management is a plus.
