French Customer Service Agent

French Customer Service Specialist

Key responsibilities:
*Answering customer queries through different channels in French
*Listen closely and understand what customer needs and offer them the best service
*Effectively communicate in English to other teams
*Being effective in everything you do while always asking "How can we do this better?"

Requirements:
*Fluent English and native/near-native level of French
*Ability to handle tricky questions and situations the customers might approach you with
*Good attention to details
*Experience with Customer Service
*You'll be surrounded by dogs everyday so a natural love for dogs is needed! 
