Junior Sales Executive

A tech company providing a cloud-based software for Intellectual Property is looking for a New Business Sales executive to join their team.

It's an excellent opportunity for someone with lead generation/outbound experience in the IT field to come and grow into a 360 sales role (from lead generation to deal closing and account management).

You will get an extensive training to ensure you are able to present and demonstrate the products in the best possible way and convince prospects they are the go-to software in the Patent Management industry.


Identify and qualify prospects through cold-calling/email/inmail
Present the products, features and tools via web-demos
Understand a customer's workflow, needs and problems to suggest the best application of the product
Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
Manage negotiations with senior-level executives


Native/Excellent level of English one additional European language
1 years' in IT Sales, either lead generation or 360
Bachelor degree or equivalent
Strong written and verbal communication skills


Extensive training on processes and products (and on how to become a closer)
Mix of WFH/Office work (3-4 days in the office, 1-2 days at home)
Additional end-year and target achievement bonuses
A warm and open work environment

Location : Richmond
Salary : £30'000-35'000 depending on experience commission up to 100% of basic
Start date : ASAP

Jefferson Seng

Life Highlights: I was born and raised in Geneva, Switzerland, a small yet international and busy city. I went on studying Economics and Management which led me to an accounting opportunity. Although it was an enriching experience, it unfortunately lacked the warmth of human interaction.

All my following roles allowed me to work more closely to people, even pushing me to relocate to London, thus giving me the chance to broaden my horizons and meet hundreds of fascinating characters.

It motivated me to embrace this new career path in IT recruitment, a role that combines both a fast-paced and challenging environment and fruitful encounters with people from all cultures and ways of thinking.

Outside of work: In my spare time, there’s four things I love to do: going out in London and socialising with friends and new people; reading a book, may it be classical literature or self-development; playing a game or two (or three) of Badminton or Ping-Pong; playing the ukulele (I started not too long ago so don’t bother asking me to play for you yet).

Fun fact: Don’t try to guess my ethnicity or my age, it is not worth the effort!

If I was a famous person: I would like to be Bruce Lee. Why? His physical and mental strength, his wisdom in exploring life philosophy, his creativity in bringing all martial arts he learned into one of his own and his polyvalence in his career (actor, film director, athlete, author and more) are in my opinion to be taken as an example.
