We are currently working with a client in Preston who is looking for a Welsh speaker for a customer service role. This is a hybrid position with 2 days a week in the office. Candidates must be available to start on 4th March. The salary is £23,700, rising to £24,750 in April. There is also a retention bonus of £500 which is paid every 6 months.
The role will involve dealing with customers over the phone in Welsh and English, helping them with any issues they may have. You will be set KPIs which will monitor your progress in the following areas: first contact resolution, quality assurance and customer service reviews. This is an entry level role so previous customer service experience is desirable but not required.
