We’re currently looking to speak with experienced and innovation-focused software applications support engineers with strong Metrology experience, who will provide an exceptional quality of post-sales support to our clients customers across the EMEA region.

 You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring their success through the quality of support and insight you provide to them.

Responsibilities

• Provide software based technical support to partners and customers
• Provide technical training to clients via phone and video.
• Troubleshoot & diagnose software issues to identify root causes and implement effective solutions
• Escalate complex issues to software development teams and work collaboratively to resolve them
• Document technical solutions and maintain an up-to-date knowledge base for future reference
• Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for product improvement
• Contribute to the development and delivery of user training materials
• Stay up-to-date on the latest product features and functionalities
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with customers

Qualifications, skills and experience required

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• At least one long-term experience in a technical support role, ideally focused on Metrology software.
• Any knowledge of reverse engineering or 3D scanners is beneficial.
• Strong understanding of software support principles
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose complex technical issues
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in French & English, Italian is a plus.
• Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to exceeding customer expectations
• Proficiency in using technical documentation and knowledge base software
• This position is remote based from anywhere in the UK.
• Travel capacity required ( up to 20%)  for on-site client support and training.
