Euro London’s client, a dedicated investor in their employee’s career development, training and progression is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join their international support team and to be focused on supporting the German speaking ( DACH) and English speaking (UK) markets.

As Technical Support Specialist, you will be the trusted partner for our client’s customers based in the DACH countries and the UK , you’ll guide them and provide technical support on medical devices products, spanning from Breast and Skeletal health through to X-Ray technologies.

You will take responsibility for challenges presented and will engage the relevant specialists when you require additional support. Our client is looking for a collaborative team player who is passionate about communication and working in a diverse, international working environment while maintaining a strong focus on customer experience.

Key Responsibilities


  • Deliver high quality customer support and experience to end-users for both technical and application issues.
  • Gather all information required to perform root cause analysis to ensure customer uptime.
  • Participate in continuous improvement on our client’s processes and service delivery.
  • Take ownership to ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Willing to become a recognized and trusted expert in our client’s products.
  • While remaining compliant, perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis on advanced products and own next actions.

    Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • Fluent verbal and written English and German language skills are essential.
  • Customer Support Experience, ideally involving remote support to end-users.
  • The ability to work from the office 4 days a week with 1 day from home ( office work required due to working hands-on with devices )
  • Adaptability in a fast pace growing and changing environment.
  • Developed communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently, with sense of initiative and a hands-on approach
  • Having biomedical background will be beneficial or any experience working with or supporting medical staff in a clinical /hospital environment.
