Position: Business Development Executive (German speaking)
Location: Hybrid (Cambridgeshire)
Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 basic + commission (OTE £80,000)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to join our client’s team on a hybrid basis in Cambridgeshire. This exciting role is focused on winning and developing new client relationships across the UK and Europe, with the potential to meet clients face-to-face when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and close new B2B sales opportunities within the UK and Europe.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with a focus on maximising value.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
  • Travel as required to meet clients and strengthen relationships.

What We're Looking For:

  • Native level fluency in German (both written and spoken).
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a B2B sales role, ideally with experience in closing deals.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Willingness and ability to travel for client meetings and events.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to work collaboratively.
