Job title: German Speaking HR Advisor
Salary: £25,000 - £31,000 (depending on experience) + discretionary annual bonus

Are you a detail-oriented HR professional with fluent German language skills? We're seeking a dedicated HR Advisor to join our client’s HR team in Manchester. With a hybrid working model, you'll enjoy the flexibility of working both remotely and in our client’s international Manchester office.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Queries & Support: Act as the first point of contact for all HR-related queries and requests within the company. Provide employees with timely, accurate, and professional HR support, addressing concerns ranging from general inquiries to specific HR issues.
- Data Recording & Monitoring: Maintain and monitor key HR data, ensuring all records are up-to-date and accurate. This includes tracking leaves of absence, managing transfers, overseeing secondments, and processing contract terminations. Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Contract & Documentation Preparation: Prepare and manage employment contracts and other essential HR documentation. Ensure that all documents are legally compliant, clear, and accurately reflect the terms agreed upon with employees.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyse HR data to identify trends, support decision-making, and ensure the company maintains best practices in HR management. Regularly review and report on key HR metrics to senior management, offering insights and recommendations for improvements.
- Employee Lifecycle Management: Support the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding new hires to managing exits, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all staff members.
- Policy Implementation & Compliance: Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures. Ensure that all employees understand and adhere to company policies, and provide guidance on best practices.
