Job Title: Supply Chain Manager

Location: Chippenham, Wiltshire (Office-based, Full-time – this is not a hybrid position)

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 + Annual Bonus
Contract: Permanent

This is a full-time, office-based position in Wiltshire. Please note, this role is not offered on a hybrid basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a small supply chain team, providing guidance and fostering growth.
  • Oversee purchasing operations, ensuring the business maintains optimal stock levels.
  • Manage large datasets to streamline operations, monitor inventory, and forecast demand.
  • Coordinate international logistics and customs processes to support the company’s global expansion.
  • Utilise Netsuite (or a similar stock control system) to manage inventory and ensure accurate stock tracking.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong leadership abilities, with proven experience leading a small team.
  • Degree / further education
  • Solid background in purchasing and supply chain management.
  • Expertise in handling and analysing large amounts of data.
  • Experience with international logistics and customs regulations.
  • Knowledge of Netsuite or other similar stock management platforms.
  • Commutable distance to Wiltshire
