We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to provide excellent service to our client's Dutch-speaking customers. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working both from home and from our client's Newcastle office, with a salary of £24,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers via live chat, email, and phone to resolve queries and provide support.
  • Solve problems efficiently while adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with different teams to ensure customer issues are resolved promptly.
  • Manage customer interactions professionally, ensuring a positive experience at every touchpoint.

What we're looking for:

  • Fluency in Dutch – Essential for this role.
  • Strong customer service skills with a passion for helping others.
  • Flexibility to work a rotational shift pattern, including late nights.
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
