International client in offering payroll & employee services are looking for an in-house Payroll Specialist to grow their team of 10.

The Role:

  • Payroll accounting
  • Maintenance of employee data
  • Payroll contact person for employees, health insurance companies and authorities
  • Employee registration and issuing certificates for insurances and the Federal Employment Agency
  • Continuous optimization and standardization of processes

The Requirements:

  • Completed education in Tax or Payroll specifically related subject
  • Experience in German Payroll Accounting
  • Thorough knowledge in German payroll tax, social security and labour law
  • DATEV knowledge
  • MS Office
  • Fluent German & English
