Significant investment is being made in people, product development, systems and marketing, including a new, best-in-class online offering. The investors will also be exploring M&A opportunities within the UK and across the Continent. Our client is looking for a Sales and Key Account Manager of the highest calibre, with an exceptional track record in a related sector, to join them on their journey. The successful candidate will take a lead on shaping the sales and marketing plan for Continental Europe, take ownership of several significant, existing multi-national key accounts, and win new distributor relationships. You will ultimately be accountable for the region's growth. Location: Nr Reading, Berks. UK KEY RESPONSIBILITIES You will be accountable for the Continental European P&L and for delivering the company's growth targets. Furthermore, as a senior member of the team you will be expected to contribute to the wider business strategy, business planning exercises, and to nurture an enjoyable, professional and winning company culture.
